Case Study: Organizing for Change achieves successful GOTV and up to 7% turnout lift with CallHub

A CallHub Case Study

Preview of the Organizing For Change Case Study

How Organizing for change ran a successful GOTV campaign

Organizing For Change is a non‑partisan coalition of environmental groups in British Columbia that pooled 24 partner organizations to run a coordinated GOTV effort ahead of the provincial election. Facing scattered contact data, mixed volunteer tech skills, and a need to reach voters across wide geographies, OFC used CallHub’s distributed phone‑banking, texting and volunteer team‑management tools to mobilize members efficiently.

CallHub provided a single platform for calling, texting (about 7,000 texts sent), custom scripts, analytics and a leaderboard, plus support lines and easy volunteer workflows — enabling different groups to call under their own names while centralizing data. The campaign ran measurable experiments with UC Santa Barbara, achieved turnout increases of up to 7% in targeted ridings, and strengthened volunteer engagement and cross‑group collaboration, demonstrating CallHub’s impact on volume, effectiveness and measurable voter mobilization.
