The Australian Greens, led by campaign manager Adam Taylor for MP Jamie Parker in Balmain, needed to activate a large, largely older volunteer base to run a hyper-local campaign—knocking on every door and following up by phone across the electorate. To scale outreach and keep the process simple for volunteers, they adopted CallHub (with NationBuilder) to introduce automated calling via an auto-dialer.
