Trinity Digital Agency partnered with McAlpine Care to launch HomeCare-Agency (homecare.co.uk) to simplify how people find home care for the elderly, but faced low conversion rates on inbound calls and outdated, lengthy request forms amid heavy competition and pandemic-related traffic drops. To address fast lead response and accurate analytics, Trinity integrated CallGear (using its callback form widget and call-tracking tool) alongside Google Ads, Google Analytics and AmoCRM.
CallGear’s callback widget triggered instant, simultaneous calls to prospects and sales managers and its call-tracking fed end-to-end analytics into AmoCRM and Google Analytics, allowing Trinity to A/B test ads, shorten forms and target mid-/low-volume keywords more precisely. As a result, Trinity attracted 80 targeted leads at a cost per lead of £37.50 (with VAT), onboarded ~40 agencies for the beta, and could track every sale back to the exact keyword, ad and landing page using CallGear.
