The Macomb County Campaign for Liberty, a grassroots political organization, struggled to effectively motivate its base using emails and mailers. To better connect with constituents, organizer Kurt King turned to CallFire and its Voice Broadcast service.

Using CallFire's scalable and affordable Voice Broadcast solution, the campaign sent voice messages, sometimes employing humor and impersonations, to hundreds of supporters. This approach led to a greater response for meeting attendance and action items compared to previous methods, and the campaign also used it for emergency updates. CallFire's easy-to-use platform allowed for quick training and implementation, and the organization is considering adopting its SMS text service as well.
