Yes on 522, a Washington state campaign to require labeling of genetically engineered foods, faced the challenge of reaching hundreds of thousands of voters with a small, partly remote volunteer force and limited resources. Coordinating large-scale outbound calling from volunteers scattered around the country made efficient, scalable phonebanking a critical need.
