SevenPoint2, a Newport Beach nutritional supplement company whose motto is “Alkalized and energized 4 Life, made easy,” aims to build an “alkaline movement” by reaching one million consumers. To promote its products and remind members about events, the company needed an efficient, scalable way to communicate with customers across multiple channels.

SevenPoint2 implemented CallFire’s SMS texting and voice broadcast services to run more than a hundred campaigns—sending thousands of texts and calls—to instantly notify and remind customers. The easy-to-use, low-cost platform increased event attendance and broadened client reach, and the company is exploring additional CallFire tools like call tracking and a cloud call center.
