In-Shape Health Clubs, founded in 1981 and operating 68 locations across California, needed a better way to manage rising call volume and client communications after its previous voice broadcast service plateaued. As a growing, top-20 U.S. fitness chain, the company sought a cost-effective solution that would maintain service quality while supporting marketing and membership needs.
In-Shape implemented CallFire’s low-cost, user-friendly Voice Broadcast platform, which enabled easy staff training and automated outbound dialing. Since adopting CallFire they’ve run 430 campaigns (many with hundreds to thousands of calls and occasional campaigns exceeding 10,000 calls), cut hours of manual dialing, reduced communication costs to pennies per dial, and used the system for welcome calls, promotions, new-club announcements and autopay offers.
