ATMANTAN Wellness Resort, based in Mulshi-Pune, India, needed to replace its manual paper-based feedback process, which made NPS calculations slow and delayed sharing results with stakeholders. With Callexa Feedback, ATMANTAN gained a real-time dashboard, automated reminder emails, and weekly visibility into guest satisfaction for management and department leaders. Callexa also supported custom requirements such as URL masking, customer filtering, and branded design elements, and the resort reported very good project cooperation and satisfaction. During peak season, ATMANTAN surveyed about 800 to 1,000 customers per month, making feedback collection much more efficient and actionable.
