Stanford Psychiatry - Customer Case Study

Stanford Psychiatry (Quynh Dong, Administrator, Dept. of Psychiatry) faced a need to replace an outdated, unsupported internal call‑scheduling system that could not be affordably upgraded or accessed via the web. Managing call for over 36 providers with annually rotating residents had become time‑consuming, so after an extensive search the department selected Call Scheduler as a cost‑effective replacement.

Call Scheduler was smoothly integrated from the old system and provided a Microsite for residents to self‑manage schedules, plus reporting tools for call and vacation tallies and responsive training/support. After about one year using Call Scheduler, Stanford reports a marked decrease in questions and complaints, easier compliance reporting, and confidence that Call Scheduler can handle their unique resident rotation needs.
