Baptist Neurology faced the challenge of combining four existing neurology practices and 10 doctors—each with their own call systems and no call software—into a single, efficient practice while ensuring an effective phone and call-scheduling system from day one. To solve this, Baptist Neurology engaged Call Scheduler (implemented by the Adjuvant team) and chose the Call Scheduler Classic product to standardize call management across the new practice.

Adjuvant/Call Scheduler implemented a custom call process and Call Scheduler Classic, delivering a full call schedule out to the end of 2009 on the group’s opening day (previously doctors only had 30–60 days scheduled). The solution — including a Microsite for read-only online access and hands-on training — reduced conflict around call, improved doctor satisfaction and quality of life, and made practice management far easier, with measurable results in extended advance scheduling and immediate adoption.
