California Closets partnered with Henro founder Kristin Purcell, who needed a custom kitchen pantry solution for her home's inordinately small and awkwardly shaped pantry space. As an experienced DIYer, she had already made some modifications but required a professional design to maximize the area and ensure it blended seamlessly as an extension of her kitchen.

The solution designed by California Closets involved lining the side walls with custom storage, leaving the upper back wall open for natural wood grain floating shelves to create a display focal point. An "appliance garage" cabinet was incorporated to house small electronics. The final result was a functional and beautifully tailored pantry with a crisp white finish and matte gold hardware that echoed the home's aesthetic, creating a significant amount of new space from the previously diminutive area.
