Graydon’s Cheese Cellar streamlines 10-square-foot back-of-house with California Closets

California Closets partnered with Graydon’s Cheese Cellar, a cheese shop and charcuterie bar in West Vancouver, to address a significant back-of-house storage challenge. The shop's existing stockroom was cluttered and inefficient, making it difficult for owner Kim Graydon to manage inventory, prep charcuterie boards, and handle administrative tasks in the very limited space available.

The solution from California Closets was a custom, floor-to-ceiling shelving system designed specifically for the shop's needs. It featured adjustable shelving for flexible storage and an integrated fold-down desktop to save space. This transformation resulted in a highly efficient and streamlined commercial pantry, making daily workflows faster and inventory management significantly easier, which allowed the back-of-house to finally match the care presented in the retail space.
