Leading cloud-based HR solutions provider needed to expedite implementation and centralize the management of their recurring technology expenses

Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based HR, payroll and benefits provider managing $25M in annual telecom spend and 22,000 employees, needed to quickly separate from its former provider after an acquisition and centralize recurring technology expenses. After an RFP, Alight selected Calero (Calero-MDSL) to provide a single centralized telecom inventory application and managed services to improve inventory accuracy and accelerate implementation.

Calero implemented the centralized application, integrated HR/AP/SSO interfaces, and deployed a managed services team to handle the invoice lifecycle, meeting Alight’s 90-day go-live target. The solution created a single database of more than 10,000 inventory items, delivered configurable dashboards for better visibility and analytics, and freed Alight’s team to focus on business-critical tasks while Calero managed day-to-day TEM operations.
