Cleary Millwork, a supplier of doors, windows, and millwork, needed a more efficient way for its lumber dealer customers to submit quotes and orders. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor CAI Software to implement a web-based CPQ solution built on Ponderosa technology.

The solution from CAI Software, called Cleary 365, provided an advanced e-commerce website and online ordering system. This resulted in exceptional growth in orders, with nearly 20% of all quotes being processed through the new system within five months of launch. The solution also significantly boosted order accuracy, leading to fewer returns and more on-time, in-full shipments for customers.
