Its mobile app and intuitive interface allowed employees to easily see team schedules and book desks, which was critical in an environment with a ratio of six seats for every ten people. Using Café enabled Payplug to gradually standardize its hybrid work rules, bringing clarity and flexibility to its employees and helping to build a unified company culture after the merger.
