TAGG Logistics, a third-party logistics provider based in St. Louis and Reno, was growing quickly and needed warehouse and transportation systems that could handle a high-volume, mixed B-to-B and B-to-C fulfillment environment. Its legacy systems could not keep up with more complex client requirements, including faster picking, flexible tracking, least-cost routing, and automated billing.

TAGG Logistics selected Cadre Technologies’ Cadence WMS and integrated it with Ship-IT to create a real-time supply chain execution system. Cadre Technologies helped TAGG improve pick rates, report inventory at over 99.9% accuracy, automate billing, and process international shipments in seconds, while sales increased 53% year over year since 2007.
