Novarc Group AS, an architectural and consulting engineering company, was the principal design office for the Viimsi state gymnasium project. Their challenge was to design a school building with the lowest possible energy need while adhering to strict BIM design requirements and the information demands of the contracting entity, Riigi Kinnisvara AS.

Using CADMATIC Electrical design software, Novarc created detailed electrical and low current models for the project. This solution facilitated a smooth design process for their team of engineers and enabled seamless cooperation. The project, which faced a rapid pace of simultaneous design and construction, was successfully completed and recognized as Estonia’s best BIM project of 2018. The use of Cadmatic's tools was integral to managing the complex model and resolving issues on time, setting a new standard for the company.
