Nakilat-Keppel enhances engineering capabilities with Cadmatic

Nakilat – Keppel Offshore & Marine (N-KOM), a Qatari shipyard and offshore fabrication company, needed to strengthen its engineering delivery and streamline 3D modelling, clash detection, and project rollouts to meet client requirements and environmental standards. To address this challenge, they turned to Cadmatic software.

Cadmatic provided a hybrid training model that combined online self-learning with interactive sessions, which was coordinated through the Cadmatic Academy. This approach significantly reduced training time and offered flexibility for N-KOM's design teams. As a result, N-KOM successfully adopted the user-friendly Cadmatic software to complete numerous projects, including BWTS upgrades, cooler replacements for LNG carriers, and cargo system piping, enhancing their ability to deliver turnkey engineering solutions.
