The customer, Melior Projekt, faced the challenge of delivering the electrical design for Telia's new 16,000 m2 office building in a highly collaborative BIM environment. They utilized Cadmatic Electrical software from vendor Cadmatic to create and manage the electrical model as part of the integrated design team.

The solution involved using Cadmatic's tools to enable real-time cooperation on a shared BIM platform with other designers and the construction team. This implementation of digital methods by Cadmatic resulted in the project being awarded the best BIM cooperation project in Estonia, with the team reducing excessive workload by almost half due to the efficient processes.
