Implementing Agile development workflows with Cacoo

Travelport Digital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Travelport, needed an easy-to-use diagramming tool that fit its Agile approach to software engineering. The team did not want a heavy desktop-only solution and needed something lightweight with strong online collaboration for several remote teams.

Using Cacoo, Travelport Digital created and shared C4 context, container, component, networking, infrastructure, and data flow diagrams through team and organizational folders. Cacoo also helped keep infrastructure and data flow documentation current; the company said every product it had built in the last six years was documented in Cacoo, with around 300 diagrams in total.
