Youth Justice Services in Cheshire, covering Cheshire East and West, Halton and Warrington, is one of the largest youth offending teams in the country. Working across a complex, multi-agency local government landscape, the service needed secure, timely information sharing and data exchange that complied with the YJB AssetPlus framework while supporting access from multiple locations and networks. CACI Limited was brought in to help address these challenges.

CACI Limited, through its Centre of Excellence partnership, helped integrate data from multiple sources across the four local authorities and piloted a mobile app for partner agencies to enter case data through a single interface. The solution improved information sharing, enabled better multi-agency collaboration, and supported more effective service delivery for young people and their families at lower cost, helping Cheshire lead innovation in youth justice practice.
