The White Company wanted to expand its retail portfolio but needed reassurance before investing. CACI Limited was brought in to help identify the best retail centres for expansion and assess how new store openings could affect both the existing store network and direct sales channels, using CACI’s InSite product.

CACI Limited used InSite to map customer drive times to stores and run multi-channel time series analysis, identifying key performance drivers and their impact across channels. The work showed the true effect of new stores on the existing portfolio, including sales cannibalisation as well as incremental growth in online and call centre sales.
