SPAR worked with CACI Limited to support network expansion and improve sales forecasting and store ranging. The retailer needed a geographical modelling and reporting tool to quickly assess new locations, quantify sales potential, identify strong growth areas, and recommend suitable range and format options for both new and existing stores.

CACI Limited implemented its Spatial Modeller software to deliver tailored reports with projected sales, demographic and competitor data, ranging recommendations, comparable stores, and other key insights. The solution is now used extensively across SPAR’s five Regional Distribution Companies, with users able to run clear, easy-to-interpret reports quickly and regularly; SPAR also reports a smooth rollout, strong support from CACI Limited, and a valuable tool for store evaluation and planning.
