Southampton City Council used CACI Limited’s Children’s Centre Manager (CCM) across its 14 Children’s Centres to record family registration details and service usage. As the council needed to integrate data from other agencies, its data team was facing a manual, time-consuming process that created an administrative headache and was becoming harder to manage under tight budgets.

CACI Limited implemented the Hub, a data quality and data matching application that automatically integrates and updates records between the council and other agencies, with clear reporting at the end of each import. The change cut the annual data integration effort from around 60 days to about 10 days, saving roughly 10 weeks a year, while also improving data quality and helping the council identify duplicate records more easily.
