RSPB worked with CACI Limited to improve its understanding of new supporters, as it had limited visibility into their interests, motivations, and behaviours. This made it difficult for the charity to tailor communications effectively and personalise messages for different supporters.
CACI Limited enhanced RSPB supporter data with selected Ocean variables and bridged an attitudinal segmentation to the Ocean dataset, enabling every UK individual to be matched to one of six RSPB segments. As a result, RSPB could deliver more relevant, timely content and improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, helping to keep supporters engaged for longer.
