Raglan Housing Association, which manages over 11,000 homes across more than 95 local authority areas, needed a better way to distribute timely management information to staff spread across six offices and more than 110 home workers. With teams such as housing officers, surveyors, and managers needing quick access to up-to-date reports, the organisation’s existing report distribution process was too time-consuming. CACI Limited provided its Infoflow solution to help address this challenge.

CACI Limited implemented Infoflow to capture data from multiple sources and distribute a wide range of reports, including repairs, rents, audit, security, and housing management reports, via a single web portal. The solution improved access to relevant information, helped staff respond faster to issues such as rent arrears and repairs, and reduced training and licensing costs by delivering reports in PDF without additional business intelligence licences. Raglan Housing Association also noted that staff could request reports themselves and track progress through the queue, improving efficiency across the organisation.
