Case Study: RAF Digital Architecture Function enhances digital governance with CACI's Digital Services Register

A CACI Limited Case Study

RAF Digital Architecture Function documents 60+ services with CACI Limited

CACI Limited developed a bespoke Digital Services Register for the RAF Digital Architecture Function to address its challenge of managing architectural artefacts in isolation, which led to duplicated efforts and inconsistencies. The function needed to enhance governance and foster a culture of reuse to reduce time, risk, and cost as it matured.

The solution from CACI involved creating a comprehensive repository using Mood's no-code software, which provided an intuitive interface for documenting over 60 services and 80 standards. This resulted in a robust knowledge base that improved consistency, enabled cross-boundary collaboration, and equipped users with critical metadata. The tool was successfully handed over to the customer's desk officers, who now manage it independently and conduct monthly workshops for its continuous improvement.
