North Bristol Trust goes live with Power BI in weeks with CACI Limited, driving 600 report hits in 2 days

North Bristol Trust, a healthcare organization with over 13,000 staff, needed to migrate over 100 reports from its existing analytics platform to Power BI. The challenge was to improve the efficiency of report creation and maintenance, redesign data models for accuracy, and streamline data logic within their warehouse. They partnered with vendor CACI to undertake this migration.

CACI provided support through the mapping process and helped redesign the data models. Following a soft launch, the new Power BI system received about 600 report hits in its first two days. With CACI's ongoing support, the Trust successfully moved to a business-as-usual operation, and the project's success led to the internal analytics team being nominated for a staff award.
