Phases 1 and 2 delivered evidence-based decision-making on sales patterns, product profitability and delivery costs, while near real-time updates enabled faster responses to changing demand. The company says the new system has already saved money, and phase 3 will add workforce and operational performance analysis, including real-time pick-rate monitoring and benchmarking.
