Brighton and Hove City Council - Customer Case Study

Brighton and Hove City Council needed a better way to manage Children’s Centre information after relying on ad-hoc Excel spreadsheets and manual reporting. CACI Limited helped the council address the challenge with its Children’s Centre Manager (CCM) system, which was introduced to create a more centralised, consistent approach to data management, attendance tracking, and reporting.

CACI Limited implemented CCM along with barcoding and messaging modules, plus automated health data imports to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort. The result was standardised attendance data across the service, substantial time savings, improved reporting for Ofsted, and greater transparency and accountability for advisory groups, with the council describing the migration and ongoing support as faultless and responsive.
