CACI Limited implemented its territory optimisation solution, InSite FieldForce, alongside consultancy support to help Bidfood create smarter, more compact, drivetime-efficient territories. The software is now used for territory mapping, ad hoc adjustments, and national reorganisations, helping Bidfood reduce travel time and planning effort, balance workloads, support recruitment for vacant territories, and improve sales productivity and customer service.
