The vendor, C5i, was engaged to use its GenAI-powered data observability and Product Master Data Management (MDM) platform to provide visibility into omnichannel dynamics and identify key sales opportunities.
C5i's solution established a product MDM and used data observability triggers with machine learning to segment SKUs and analyze platform performance. This identified 75 "Must Have" core SKUs, 100+ low-selling SKUs to phase out, and 58 high-selling SKUs missing from physical stores.
