The customer, a USD 35 billion global confectionary company, faced significant challenges consolidating and analyzing data from its 27 diverse online and offline sales channels. Each channel used different data formats, making stitching and visualization difficult and time-consuming, with resources spending up to two days just to download data. To address this, they engaged vendor C5i and its eCommerce Data Product from the Marketplace Optimization suite for an integrated analytics solution.
C5i built and deployed an end-to-end analytics platform that automated data acquisition and created centralized, persona-based dashboards using Microsoft Azure and Tableau. This solution standardized reporting models and created a flexible, scalable platform. The implementation resulted in a measurable business impact, including a reduction in out-of-stock events, improved return on marketing investment (ROMI), and provided ready inputs for AI/ML models.
