The customer, a leading multinational tech organization, sought to enhance the eCommerce and omnichannel capabilities of its global network of retail partners and identify new growth markets for its consumer products. Its Consumer Channel Sales and Marketing team needed an objective way to assess partner performance and build data-driven market strategies. They engaged C5i to address this business requirement.
C5i implemented a comprehensive Partner Capability Assessment, evaluating 115 retailers on 175 parameters across marketing, ecommerce, omnichannel, and subscription capabilities. The solution included a webapp for real-time data input and a Power BI dashboard for analysis. This enabled challenging, productive dialogues with partners, leading to enhanced digital capabilities across the network. Furthermore, C5i's country opportunity analysis, which synthesized macroeconomic and internal sales data, allowed the client to identify and prioritize key growth markets.
