A leading US software applications company faced the challenge of shifting its entire marketing strategy to measure performance in real-time as it transitioned its business model from perpetual to subscription-based licensing. C5i was engaged to help assess the current state, establish new KPIs, and create a nimble measurement practice.

C5i implemented its IMM framework to establish a new performance dashboard and measurement practice, which was adopted globally through a series of orientation programs. The solution handed over to the client enabled self-serve access to real-time data and insights, onboarding 183 users. This provided the company with the ability to measure customer lifetime value (CLV) and run predictive analysis, leading to a smooth transition to the new subscription model.
