C3.ai implemented its solution by integrating critical data sources, including records management and dispatch systems, into a single application. This allowed the agency to connect and search across previously siloed systems. As a result, the time required to aggregate relevant data was reduced from multiple days to seconds. C3.ai's solution has consolidated 1.9 million identities to date and is now being expanded to integrate data from 16 countywide agencies for cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
