A C2FO Case Study
Zike, a maker of freestyle hybrid scooters founded in 2010, faced seasonal demand spikes in November–December and long retail payment terms (around 75 days) that strained working capital. To bridge the gap and keep production in the USA while supporting marketing for peak retail months, Zike turned to C2FO’s working capital/early-payment platform.
C2FO provided accelerated access to funds so Zike could buy more materials, manufacture additional inventory, and even acquire a competitor’s inventory to absorb that brand. Using C2FO’s ongoing program (a Market member since May 2015) gave Zike the operating capital to maintain US production, support marketing during peak season, and reliably manage supplier relationships without extra paperwork or sharing financials.
