Mohawk, an $8B global flooring manufacturer, needed a better way to arbitrage against short-term borrowing and give its supply chain access to working capital after finding traditional supply chain finance offered limited value. To meet those goals, Mohawk turned to C2FO’s market-driven working capital platform, which could be implemented simply and with minimal IT involvement.

C2FO’s voluntary, market-driven solution was rolled out across Mohawk’s supply base, allowing suppliers to request early payment without forcing discounts into Mohawk’s cost of goods. The program requires little management time, delivers favorable returns, and lets Mohawk leverage its low cost of funds for early payments—benefits Mohawk has recommended to treasury peers since becoming a C2FO market member in 2014.
