Jocassee Designs - Customer Case Study

Jocassee Designs, a contract and custom embroidery business founded in 1985, faced a cash‑flow gap: labor and production costs are paid weekly while customer terms run net 30–60 days. To cover up‑front expenses and continue expanding, the company turned to C2FO’s working capital program to accelerate payments from large customers and build operating cash.

C2FO provided an early‑payment marketplace solution and hands‑on supplier relationship support, allowing Jocassee Designs to receive funds sooner in exchange for a small discount. Since joining C2FO (Market Member since December 2014) the company has been able to cover weekly labor and production costs, improve cash flow for expansion, and run the program on a regular basis with responsive vendor support.
