CueScript launches the world’s first fully IP-based prompting software with ByteSnap Design

CueScript, a professional teleprompter company serving the broadcast industry, needed to improve the accuracy and delivery of its CueiT prompting software. The challenge involved closing technical gaps in embedded software and user interface development to create a fully IP-based solution. CueScript engaged embedded systems consultancy ByteSnap Design to provide its embedded Linux expertise and SnapUI GUI framework.

ByteSnap Design deployed its SnapUI framework to create a new GUI for CueiT and developed embedded Linux solutions for CueScript's hardware platforms. This resulted in the world’s first fully IP-based broadcast prompting software, which features unique support for right-to-left languages. The solution’s reliability led to three successful product releases, with CueiT News becoming the largest seller, and enabled CueScript to win major international broadcast clients.
