Spring Studios modernise their workplace, free up funding and gain extra flexibility

Spring Studios, a marketing and advertising company with operations in London, New York and Milan, wanted a more flexible IT approach that moved away from traditional capital-heavy licensing. Bytes Technology worked with them to address the need for scalable software licensing and a cost-efficient cloud and on-premise setup, including Microsoft licensing and related workplace technologies.

Bytes Technology carried out detailed cost modelling and implemented a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) agreement managed with Spring’s on-site IT team, giving Spring a monthly rolling contract and the ability to scale licenses up or down as needed. The change removed upfront costs, improved billing alignment with actual usage, and helped free up budget for other hardware and infrastructure priorities, while also supporting broader improvements across storage, virtualisation and email security.
