Retail insurance specialist boosts productivity by switching to Microsoft Office 365 via the flexibility of CSP

A-Plan Insurance, a financial services firm with over 90 branches and 1,200 employees, wanted to modernise its IT after finding its existing Google-based setup lacked functionality and value. Bytes helped the insurer assess Microsoft options, including Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and related licensing models, to support its move to Microsoft modern workplace solutions.

Bytes implemented Office 365, Exchange, Skype and SharePoint, alongside Azure workshops and supporting infrastructure and security products such as Mimecast, Veeam, HPe and VMware. The switch improved collaboration, flexibility and productivity, while A-Plan gained the ability to monitor usage, pay only for what it consumes and trial new Microsoft products, with Bytes also providing ongoing support and training.
