Bytes Technology supported Linklaters, a leading global law firm, with a major Microsoft Office 2003 to Office 2010 migration across 27 offices in 19 countries. The challenge was to deliver flexible, bespoke training that could work across time zones, suit different learning needs, and support staff with heavy workloads, while using trainers who could handle English and local languages.

Bytes Technology provided a blended learning solution that included classroom training, live web conferencing, bespoke materials, 24/7 scheduling support, and onsite training administrators. Working with 27 trainers, Bytes Technology delivered 1,200 classroom sessions and 300 live online sessions, successfully training 5,000 employees in four weeks and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
