Norfolk County Council worked with Bytes to support an ambitious digital strategy focused on improving services for citizens, empowering employees, and making better use of data. The council improved remote working, collaboration, reporting, and app development, and used the solutions to support public services during the pandemic; Bytes also helped lay the groundwork for further cloud and security investment, including Microsoft Defender and Azure, to support long-term resilience and carbon-neutral goals.
