Eastleigh Borough Council, a local authority in Hampshire, needed a cloud-based productivity solution to support a remote workforce and meet its data security and sustainability goals. They chose Microsoft 365 and partnered with Bytes Technology for support with adoption and technical services.

Bytes Technology provided its FastTrack service, which included workshops and training to help the council migrate to and adopt Microsoft 365. They also assisted with deploying Azure Sentinel for advanced security and supplied managed Microsoft Surface tablets. This enabled seamless remote work during lockdown, improved collaboration and data security, and helped the council maintain essential services while reducing its carbon footprint.
