Bytes lead Eurostar to success with Office 365

Bytes Technology helped Eurostar tackle the move from an on-premises estate to a cloud-based data centre while keeping its existing third-party products and minimizing disruption. Eurostar needed a partner with strong technical skills, flexibility, and the ability to deliver in line with Microsoft best practice, especially as management resources were stretched and costs needed to be controlled.

Bytes Technology worked with Microsoft and Comms-care to design and deliver an Office 365 rollout for 1,500 users, including migration from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online, Skype for Business to Skype for Business Online, integration with Eurostar’s cloud identity service, and deployment of Office 365 ProPlus. The project delivered a seamless logon experience, reduced running costs, improved productivity and staff morale, and achieved significant ROI, with most of the investment covered by Microsoft funding and planning support.
