Bytes Technology helped London Borough of Hounslow Council as it approached renewal of its Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and needed to align licensing with its technology roadmap, maintain compliance, and keep costs down. The council was also reviewing its server infrastructure and wanted to understand the licensing impact of staying on-premises versus moving to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
