Crowe UK, a leading tax, audit, risk and advisory firm, needed help analyzing large volumes of data for a fraud investigation. Working with Bytes Technology, they sought a way to run IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook in the cloud so remote analysts could access a pre-configured environment quickly and securely.

Bytes Technology deployed IBM i2 on AWS using Amazon WorkSpaces, with infrastructure as code, secure encryption, and a design that could “rest” when not in use to reduce costs. The solution let Crowe UK use the tool remotely and reliably, helping its analysts uncover fraudulent activity and deliver valuable findings for their client.
