PIRCH wanted to improve the experience and efficiency of its floor sales agents by replacing a basic web portal with a smart tablet tool that could show real-time in-store inventory and price customer purchase options instantly. Bytes, Inc. was brought in to provide the expertise and build a mobile solution that would work for sales teams in the showroom.

Bytes, Inc. designed and implemented a tablet and mobile application using Android and iOS with Angular, connected through REST APIs to PIRCH’s existing .NET and database back end. The project was delivered on time and on budget, with additional features added at PIRCH’s request. As a result, users gained access to real-time data and were able to engage customers much more efficiently.
