CafCaf is a German online coffee shop that grew out of a popular coffee blog and sells directly traded Colombian specialty coffee with a focus on sustainability and fair sourcing. When founder Matthias Staheli launched a WooCommerce store he needed a robust, flexible fulfillment partner to handle orders efficiently — and chose Byrd for its fulfillment services, friendly support, and local (Berlin) presence.
Byrd implemented an automated fulfillment flow via the WooCommerce API into its dashboard so orders are transmitted to the warehouse in real time, packed to order, and shipped without delay. The integration has sped up delivery, reduced manual effort (saving the founder time), and provides customers with same-day dispatch emails containing expected delivery dates and tracking — giving CafCaf scalable logistics to support future product expansion.
